4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be used. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Wagering must be completed within a specified time limit (the time limit will be stated in each offer).
  • Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, all accounts will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

3k331 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games are operated by certified technology providers. In the event of any technical error, we reserve the right to settle the matter according to our own records.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, and these are displayed in the respective game's interface. In certain cases, limits may vary depending on membership level.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are final and cannot be changed, however 3k331 reserves the right to make a decision in the event of a technical error. In live games, if the connection is lost the round continues and the result is determined accordingly.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k331 platform:

  • Opening an account using false or fraudulent information.
  • Operating multiple accounts for a single person.
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
  • Betting using computer programs, bots, or automation software.
  • Using the platform as a means of money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
  • Attempting to harass, threaten, or harm other members.
  • Attempting to influence results by colluding with a group.
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account, forfeiture of all bonuses, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

3k331 is not liable for the following:

  • Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of gaming.
  • Losses caused by technical issues or internet connection disruptions.
  • Delays in third-party payment processing.
  • Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

The platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we always strive to ensure an improved experience.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Member

You may request permanent closure of your account at any time through our support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by 3k331

3k331 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of the Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • KYC verification has not been completed.
  • A self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy is in effect.
  • The account has been inactive for an extended period.
